2. Early Access Program

HoldPe is currently offering an Early Access program to interested users. By signing up for early access:

• You will receive notifications about our platform launch
• You may receive updates, newsletters, and promotional materials
• You will be among the first to access our platform when launched
• Early access users receive special benefits including discounted fees

3. Service Description

HoldPe is developing a secure escrow payment platform that will support:

• Cryptocurrency payments through Coinpayments API
• INR payments through Cashfree API
• Secure fund holding until transaction completion
• Business-to-business payment integration services

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Account Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when signing up for early access and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4.2 Email Communications

By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from HoldPe, including:

HoldPe is currently under development. We make no guarantees about:

• Specific launch dates or timelines
• Final feature sets or pricing
• Continuous availability of early access communications

In no event shall HoldPe, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential, or similar damages arising out of your access to or use of our services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our early access program at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
